Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEX with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS or other shipping company, please notify us at time of order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Damaged product must be returned in less than 2 (two) weeks after recieving shipment. As soon as the damage has been assessed, please contact us immediately with the following information: 1) description of damage to outer shipping carton and individual product boxes; 2) list of items damaged; 3) description of actual damage to product. Please do NOT discard original damaged boxes or shipping cartons. A call tag will be issued. The shipping company will return to your store and pick up prducts. A credit or a replacement for the damaged products will be issued to you.
